Colleen, Office Manager

Colleen has nearly four decades of experience in dentistry, almost all of which has been spent as part of Grateful Dentists! She deeply enjoys working with generations of local families and building long-lasting relationships with both our new and existing patients. And, as a bonus, she gets to work with her daughter, Rebecca, every day as well.

She and her husband, Brian, have been married for almost 40 years, and they have three children. She loves cooking and entertaining friends and family with all of her Greek family recipes. During the summer, you’ll almost always find her on the beach.

Carol, Front Desk Administrator

Carol has been working in the dental field for almost three full decades. She's always enjoyed being challenged in the fast paced environment of the dental office, and getting to work with such a wonderful group of people is a big plus too! Getting to know all of the patients has been a true pleasure.

Originally from Pelham, NH, Carol has been married for nearly 40 years. She has three children and two grandchildren. When she isn't busy inspiring smiles, she also works as a floral designer for weddings and special events! 

Hazel, Office Manager

Hazel has been with us since 2020, and she has 25 years of dental experience overall. She says that the best parts of her job are developing relationships with our patients and getting to work alongside our awesome team.

A Billerica native, she and her husband have four children, six grandchildren, as well as two Labradors. She loves to read, go on hikes, and visit Disney World with her family as often as she can!

Michelle, Lead Dental Assistant

Michelle says that the most rewarding part of her job is easing a patient’s fear and helping them feel comfortable during their visits. She loves being able to build trust and form long-term relationships with everyone who visits us--seeing their smiles transform is just a bonus part of the job.

Michelle and her husband, Wayne, have been married since 2006, and they have two daughters, Emily Mary and Ella Mae. They share their home with two cats and two dogs, and when they aren’t spending time at their cottage down in the Cape swimming and eating ice cream, she likes to complete “paint-by-numbers” projects to relax. 

Rebecca, Dental Assistant

Rebecca has been with our dental office for seven years, and she says that the best part of her job is the rewarding feeling she gets from helping our patients feel great about their smiles. She attended the University of Maine Orono and is certified in dental assisting, dental X-rays, and infection control.

Rebecca works alongside her mom, Colleen, who is our Office Manager and part of our front desk team! Outside of the dental office, she loves makeup and has done it professionally in the past. Her other big hobby is collecting Pokémon cards. And, she is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in business management.

Gina, Dental Assistant

Gina joined our team in 2019, and getting to know different kinds of people and being able to make a difference in their health is why she loves what she does. Originally from Littleton, she is a graduate of Middlesex Community College. Her free time is mostly taken up by her family, which includes three sisters, one brother, seven nieces and nephews, three cats, and one dog! She also loves listening to music, painting, going to the beach, and watching Grey’s Anatomy.

Elaina, Dental Hygienist

Eliana joined our dental office in 2020 and brings 25 years of dental experience to our team. She enjoys working with people and forming relationships with our patients while she helps them achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. She is a graduate of Middlesex Community College and has her local anesthesia certification.

Life at home is nice and busy for Elaina and her husband, Kevin, thanks to their three children (Ryan, Connor, and Rachel) as well as their dog (Maximus). When she isn’t spending time with family, she likes taking on DIY home projects, with her current one being indoor gardening. She also likes to cook and finds it relaxing.

Diane, Dental Hygienist

Diane has been with Grateful Dentists for more than 20 years and has worked in dentistry for almost 35 years. For her, nothing is better than the sense of accomplishment she feels when she gets a patient that was nervous or frightened to laugh and relax during their appointment.

Diane and her husband, Art, have been married for 30 years, and they have a daughter and son, Michelle and William. She loves to cook, bake, go to the beach, hike, and visit amusement parks. She really likes roller coasters, and her favorite one is the Nitro at Six Flags New Jersey. She is also really into Halloween and can be found cheering on her beloved Patriots whenever they are playing.

Melissa, Dental Hygienist

Melissa’s dental career impressively spans 40+ years, with around half that time spent here at Grateful Dentists. One of her favorite parts of being a dental hygienist is that she can care for patients of all ages!

Originally from Billerica, Melissa and her husband, Leo, have two sons, a daughter, and seven grandchildren. Outside of the dental office, you can typically find her shopping, riding on Leo’s motorcycle, or spending quality time with her loved ones.

Diana, Dental Hygienist

Diana has been with our dental office for 30+ years and brings 40 years of dental experience to our team. She’s the proud mother of three daughters, one of which is a PA, and the younger two are still in high school. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her children, playing with her dogs, and visiting Lake Winnipesaukee.
